SMS Text Messaging Program

Chec’s Custom Solutions sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages are tied to an inquiry you have made or work we are performing for you, and include appointment confirmations, quote follow-up, project updates, and a request for a Google review after your work is complete.

How to Opt In

There are two ways to opt in, and neither happens automatically:

• Ticking the text message consent box on our contact form. The box ships unchecked and you have to tick it yourself.
• Signing an estimate or contract that contains a written SMS consent line. That line is presented separately from the rest of the agreement.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate, accept it, and have work performed without opting in to text messages.

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. You can also cancel by emailing us at anthonymichael@checscustomsolutions.com or calling (412) 974-3158. Cancelling text messages does not affect an estimate you have requested or work we have agreed to perform.

Message Frequency, Rates, and Delivery

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers

Our text messaging program is supported by major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and US Cellular, as well as the smaller carriers that operate on their networks.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messaging program, and the mobile number you provide must belong to you.

Text Messaging Privacy

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of the information you give us.

Services

Chec’s Custom Solutions provides residential contracting services, including deck building, interior remodeling, and exterior remodeling, across Beaver, Allegheny, and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania. Specific project pricing, timelines, and scope are agreed upon separately with each customer via quote or contract.

Quotes and Scheduling

Estimates provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates and may be adjusted based on final site conditions. Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, and seasonal demand.

Content on this website is for general informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access or submitting false information through our contact forms.

Limitation of Liability
