How I Got Here
My first job was at 15, on a crew that remodeled houses. My first day was on a roof, tearing off shingles.
I worked as a carpenter, then a framing foreman, then a project manager for other contractors. Then I went out on my own.
That path taught me most of the trades. Framing, drywall, painting, cabinets, concrete, plumbing, and electrical from the panel to the fixtures. I bring someone in for HVAC and for anything from the street to the house.
Knowing all of it means I can see how one part of a house affects another. I find the problem, not just the spot where it shows up.
I'm on site. I work with my hands. On many jobs I'm the one you see doing the work from start to finish, with one or two guys I trust.
