We build additions on houses. On the one in the photo above, we framed the walls, hung the siding, installed the window, and tied the new roof and gutters into the old house.
Siding And Trim
We hang new siding, or wrap an addition to match the rest of the house. We flash the windows, doors, corners, soffit and fascia so water has a way out.
Roofing And Gutters
We install shingles, rubber roofing on low slopes, and gutters that drain. When we build an addition, the roof and gutters go on in the same trip.
Windows And Doors
We install new units in the openings you already have, or in openings we frame. We flash them and tie them into the siding.
Concrete And Masonry
Patios, walkways, steps, driveways, and brick that needs to be ground and pointed. If a slab is broken, we repair it so you can use the surface again.
Retaining Walls And Fences
Block, Versa-Lok, pressure-treated, or railroad tie walls, built to hold the grade on your lot. Privacy fences and yard fences, including the runs that meet the house.
