Meet Anthony

A hands-on builder with the skills to see the whole job through.

I'm Anthony Checca, owner of Chec’s Custom Solutions. I started working in construction at 15 and built my experience as a carpenter, framer, foreman, and project manager. Along the way, I learned to handle the many parts of a project that need to come together for a good result.

My work includes framing, drywall finishing, painting, cabinetry, concrete, and a wide range of repairs and renovations. I also have experience with electrical and plumbing work. That range helps me understand how one part of your home affects another, spot problems early, and find practical ways to get the job done.

I enjoy doing the work. I'm on site, working with my hands and paying attention to the details. On many jobs, I'm the person you'll see doing the work from start to finish.

I believe you deserve straight answers throughout your project. I'll explain what I find, talk through your options, keep you updated, and be clear about costs. If something can be repaired properly, I'll tell you that instead of automatically recommending a replacement.

Most of my work comes from referrals and people who have seen my work nearby. I take that trust seriously. My goal is to do work I'm proud to put my name on. I want you confident about the person you hired.

    We render the finished job so you can picture it, and pull live material pricing on the spot so the estimate is real.

    Deposit, then we are on site every day. If we open a wall and find rot, we stop, show you, and price it before anything is added.

    A photo of every purchase, texted to you, plus a daily update on what got done that day and what is coming next.
