Patch It Now. Replace It When It's Time.
A leak does not mean you need a new roof. Most of the time we can patch the bad spot in one day.
We tear off the bad shingles, lay new underlayment, and weave new shingles into the roof you have. The patch is tied in so water runs over it, not under it.
If the roof is at the end of its life, we tell you. Then we price a full roof so you can plan for it. We put shingles on pitched roofs and rubber on flat and low-slope roofs.
We also hang gutters and replace soffit and fascia, so the water has a path off the house.
We charge a day rate for patches. You know the price before we go up. If it is an emergency, we come out the same day and patch the roof.
